HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness is a zero equipment, full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health. More importantly, it yields extremely important mental health benefits.

Dance and Toning

These classes give you a full body workout and involve completing reps using a mixture of weights and dance. This class is great for anyone that is looking to strengthen and tone their bodies.

Dance Fit

Unlike a traditional dance class where you learn specific steps or choreography, dance fitness is all about getting a sweat on with no equipment and having fun while moving your body.

HIGH Low

A lower impact workout, HIGH Low is the sister format to our flagship HIGH. Offering impact progressions for every move, HIGH Low is a steady state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual.


HIGH Barre Fusion

HIGH Barre Fusion is a low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture, flexibility and confidence in a class that blends ballet, and dance mixed with HIGH fit for endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health.

Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. This class is a manageable short class held after the main classes on Tuesday and Friday.
